MDspa 180 opened in January 2021 in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. We are a medical spa focused on cosmetic medicine, professional skincare, and rejuvenation medicine. All injections and medical procedures are performed by a licensed medical doctor specializing in cosmetic medicine. Locals call this area “180”, after Exit 180 on Interstate 40. Hence the name, MDspa 180.
MDspa 180 is owned and operated by Dr. Gray and Kimberly Erlacher. They are native North Carolinians who met while living in the Blue Ridge mountains.

Dr. Erlacher is a graduate of Western Carolina University and Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He has been in practice for thirty years, with over 20 years experience in Cosmetic Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and has Board-Certified twice in Family Medicine.

Kimberly Erlacher, Licensed Esthetician
Professional, Licensed Esthetician Kimberly Erlacher offers a variety facial and body treatment options, all of which begin with a comprehensive skin health analysis.
She has a number of treatment options, depending on your unique skin physiology and concerns, including microdermabrasion, exfoliation, dermaplaning, enzyme peels, LED, ultrasound, high frequency, masks, peels, paraffin treatments, and much more. She can guide clients to effective home treatments and products to get the best results possible, to keep your skin healthy and glowing for years to come.
Kimberly shifted gears during the pandemic after spending many years in hospitality management. She went back to school full time, jumping in with both feet and soon became licensed. She continues her education through online courses and mentoring groups to stay up to date with the latest products.
Kimberly has always been interested in skincare and felt this would be a way to help people of all ages and skin types. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She also likes to paint with acrylics and is a master in the organization.
